Hon. Christopher Z. Neyor Officials and members of three youth –led Pro-Democracy Groups, COYSBL, NAYCIE, Madam  Ellen Jonson Sirleaf—Academic Excellence & Community Service Endowment Foundation (MESAECEF) are expected to honor  and name Hon. Christopher Z. Neyor as the Winner of its Institution's Highest Annual Award.
The youth group according to its press release has named Mr. Neyor as PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR” 2012.
The release also mentioned that due to the Noble National duty performed over the years and following a massive research conducted, it lauds the efforts of the most outstanding individual for the 2012, who, in the finding of the institution's research and her modest wisdom, is the most accessible, patriotic, nationalistic, philanthropic, robust road model and mentor to emulate.
Few years ago, about a decade and a half of severe destruction of our country, in which all the fabrics of the economy collapsed, Liberia became an Oasis of Despair, Desolation, Anguish, an a place of lost future for all of its citizens, especially when efforts made by Regional Bodies; ECOWAS, MRU, and OAU yield little or no fruitful results in the restoration of Political  Stability and the subsequently coming of our Hegemony (Liberia) as a FAILED STATES among the comity of Nations by most of Liberia's bilateral and multi-literal Partners.
Having realized the horrors, consequences and agonies of war, the refining and defining moments, as envisaged by the Consortium of Youth –led Pro-Democracy groups is evident by the thoughts, actions of all Liberians irrespective of their political, cultural, religious and social divergence.
The refining and defining moments can be traced back to way in which Liberians have conducted themselves from their different political institutions and the role the youth now play to hold–on, objectively, robustly, impartially and efficiently follow the track records of outstanding personalities, who have and continued to make optimum utilization of their individual persons to impact the lives and activities of thousand of youthful Liberian and the Liberian society.
The PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR AWARD,” according to the group is the Institution's single most prestigious ANNUAL AWARD and is won by the most outstanding personality for the year, as it is with our honoree for 2012, Hon. Christopher Z. Neyor for the following reasons.
  UNPRECEDENTED GAINS
OUR HONOREE, fellow comrades, has in this current dispensation of our national existence, especially transcending from “FAILED STATE” into the cradle of Peace, Political and Economic Stability proven by two successive democratic elections and an average of 8% annual exponential growth rate, made unprecedented gains in the discharge of his dedicated responsibilities
Drafted the first Standardized Energy Policy of Liberia served as the Principal Energy Expert on the LRD
He advises the Liberian President and the Minister of Lands, Mines and Energy on energy policy and strategy for reconstruction of the country's energy sector/infrastructure following devastating 14 years civil conflict.
Wrote a concept paper on Wednesday, 25 April 2012 Entitled “MANAGEMENT OF LIBERIA'S FUTURE OIL REVENUE initiated a robust and rigorous scholarship program at NOCAL.
Instituted a Low-Income Housing Project in lee-ward counties at NOCAL
Initiated the NOCAL Modern Youth Center in Logan Town, drafted a plan, before his removal, to build the capacity of 1000 youth per annual through the provision of technical and vocational schoolings etc.
The bulleted items are few of the numerous invaluable and incredible unprecedented gains of our DIGNIFIED HONOREE.  Hon. Neyor was born in Johnsonville. Like the great migration, his own fore bearer came from River Cess, through the Bassa heartland to Monrovia. He started his schooling in Johnsonville and graduated as valedictorian from Monrovia College.
